My Wonder Kids - Children's music, books and DVDs online sales. My Wonderkids is my fourth shopping cart site and is the second to go live and fully operational. I wrote the whole site, including the authorization software and the shopping cart. This one includes several custom features like coupons and new levels of security.

Mountain Mix - Nighlife events, venues and resturants calendar. This site has a subscription service and user comments.

Pastiche Nashville - Boutique dress shop in Nashville, TN. This site is entirely dynamic and is built with an open architecture allowing for e-commerce.

American Artisan - An art and craft gallery in Nashville, TN. The content of this site is entirely dynamic with tools for editing text, images and categories.

Fossfill by Creative Bedding - Fossfill is a synthetic fill manufactured by Creative Bedding that very closely emulates down and will not 'fall' over time the way foam does. Todd Bush created the photography and Ashley Blackman is the model. The Flash elements on this site had to work together by sending messages back and forth, my first dive into complex ActionScript.

The West End Residential Housing Development - This site is for a Nasvhille Tennessee residential housing development located in the West End of Nashville, TN. It will have luxury condominiums and penthouses for sale in the near future. There is an content management tool that adds photos, edits text and controls the status and content in a flash display of units.

Cytosol Ophthalmics - Cytosol manufactures and sells surgical tools and solutions for eye surgery. This site is a continuation of visual elements I created for trade show graphics and printed materials.

Savory Thymes - This kitchen superstore (not so much for its size but for its selection) goes way beyond the specialty store. This site is designed to draw people into the store with a back-end and structure built to be scaled up to an e-commerce site.

Solarium Tan Spa - My old drummer buddy from High School is running an especially fine tan spa with extra fine decor and high quality beds. His old site was almost un-findable on the internet and showed nothing of the detail and refinement of his shop. This site also has a content management tool so Bill can make many changes on the fly.

Wits End Vacation Rentals - Mike and Lynn Graham, very nice people came to the mountains of North Carolina ready to start a small vacation rental business. Once they got settled in they could hardly settle down because of the volumes of business they were doing. I'd like to think the web Site and visual identity I created for them has something to do with all this success.

Joe's Italian Kitchen - If you are in Boone for lunch or dinner and want something Italian, you must visit Joe. This food is flavorful, just like Joe Cafaro. I took a site designed by Chris Frisco and extended it with a back-end editor that allows new menus and items plus photos.

Papa Noël Christmas Trees - Creston, NC and Austin, TX. This fun site promotes the trees and wreaths grown in the North Carolina mountains and sold in central Texas. The Flash home has a little surprise if you wait for it.

DeWoolfson Linens - Banner Elk, NC. This is a full fledged online store selling designer and European bed, bath and home linens. There is a huge backend for content and order/customer management that controls every snippet of content on this site. Thanks to Image1 Technologies for their programming and advice.

R. Bruce Jackson, MD - Boone, NC. Bruce wanted a fresh new site and luckily my mother had framed a nice oil study of my cousin Becky and her baby that fit the bill for a design jump-start. Every page is dynamic in that Dr. Jackson's staff can update all the pages from a secure administration back-end.

QuaesTel Communications - Budapest, Hungary. This site is just the beginning of an international communications promotional and information portal site. I wrote the back-end to be completely flexible in terms of new pages to be created and languages. They plan to have up to 8 different languages available. One MySQL database administers every local domain, starting with .com and .hu.

Harmony Exchange - Boone, NC. This site was updated in 2001 with many new features and content. An administration tool that allows Harmony Exchange staff to create and edit home packages was added along with a news editor. We also used an open source photo display system called Gallery to allow the staff to upload images and associate them with different parts of the site. All of these tools create wonderful flexibility and power to the site.

DeWoolfson Down Wholesale - Banner Elk, NC. A wholesale website for home fashion retailers, this site offers full management control to the client of all products displayed and sold, retail shop customers and online orders. Most of the site is protected by password and SSL, but the public has access to non-trade information. All data and php programming developed by Little Laurel Software.

Mike Wallace Racing - Charlotte, NC. Mike Wallace has wins at IRP, Dover, Martinsville, and MilwaukeeIn the Busch Grand National Series. In Winston Cup, he has 8 career Top10's and a career high finish of 2nd at Phoenix.

Racer RV Stuff - Mike Wallace is the sponsor of this e-commerce site selling RV accessories to race fans. The dynamic content of the online catalog was developed by Image 1.

Appalachian Management Service- Boone, NC. A housing and apartment rental agency in Boone, a University Town with Appalachian State University. So far this site is simply an html listing of properties available. Plans are to make it database driven.

Central Electric Membership Corporation - Sanford, NC. This site is for customers of electric services in a rural part of Eastern North Carolina.

Hemostat Laboratories - Dixon, CA. Hemostat was looking to refresh a 5 year old site, and in internet years that is pre-historic. Notice the variable width pages. I have always wanted the art to dictate a pixel precise width but with this site we were able to achieve an aesthetically pleasing "breathable" page width.

Goodnight Brothers - Boone, NC. Goodnight Brothers have been curing country ham for decades, and it is some of the best North Carolina style ham you can eat. This site emphasizes the curing process, and we used Flash to make it as dynamic as possible.

Cliff Minor, Architectural Illustrator - Blowing Rock, NC. Cliff produces some awesome images of mostly non-existent structures. This artist portfolio site has a fun interface and some stunning images.
